2021 - French Twilight Market

Stall at the FRENCH TWILIGHT MARKET

SATURDAY 20 FEBRUARY 2021 - from 4pm to 8.30pm 

We have officially received confirmation from the NSW government to organise the French Twilight Market on Saturday 20 of February from 4pm to 8.30pm at The Station Newcastle.
 
To confirm your attendance, please, send us your public liability insurance and organise the payment of the attached invoice.

We have also attached our updated Terms and Conditions and pictures for social media communications. 

Please, note that The Station Newcastle has undergone some upgrades and looks slightly different from last year. You can find more information on their website here. The major changes for stallholders are that there will be no parking at the facility except for the food trucks/vans and no power is available onsite.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

Due to the current health situation, it is important to ensure the safety of all and to respect the measures currently in place which include but are not limited to social distancing and sanitisation.

We are looking forward to having you on the market and to bringing a French Touch to Newcastle this year again. 
 
Cancellation policy: In case you need to cancel, please send us an email before the 08/02/2021 to receive a full refund. After the 08/02/2021, there will be no refund.

As the Alliance Française de Newcastle is a non-profit association with an income below the threshold, it is exempt from charging GST. It is not, therefore, in a position to issue a Tax Invoice.
